Binh Duong to host trade exhibition for SMEs in southern region
Exhibition offers participants the opportunity to connect with potential partners, especially small and medium-sized enterprises.
A southern trade exhibition is scheduled to take place at the World Trade Center Binh Duong New City in southern Binh Duong province on August 25, the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) has reported.
To be held by the Binh Duong Young Entrepreneurs’ Association, the exhibition will offer participants the opportunity to connect with potential partners and seek orders, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Chairman of the Binh Duong Young Entrepreneurs’ Association, Huynh Tran Phi Long, said he hopes that SMEs will have more chances to exchange and boost trade and find new orders and new partners from home and abroad.
Startups and SMEs from localities in the southern region are expected to showcase products, learn about each other’s business fields, maximize supporting resources, and seek opportunities to trade in goods.
Of note, startups will be able to connect with and supply products for large-scale enterprises and expand markets abroad.
Participating businesses will learn about policies and programs on interest rate support and preferential capital sources for SMEs and individual business households to ease the financial burden.
They can also approach global investment funds and trade associations, enabling them to understand market demand in developed countries and expand relations for international trade promotions and cooperation in the future.
The “Doing business in the integration era” forum will be held within the exhibition, with speakers from Hong Kong (China), the Netherlands, Singapore, and the US to attend.
