$53.4 mln social housing project to be built in Thanh Hoa province
It will supply 734 units for low-income earners and workers.

Central Thanh Hoa province’s city of the same name will develop a social housing project in Quang Thanh ward with an estimated investment capital of over VND1.4 trillion ($53.4 million).
The project is part of the city’s social housing development strategy in the 2021-2030 period.
It will cover 6,342 sq.m and supply 734 apartments, serving some 2,000 low-income earners and workers in the province.
At present, there are six investors who have submitted dossiers to join the bidding to build the project.
Site clearance and surrounding technical infrastructure for the project has been complete so construction of the project will start immediately right after the investor is chosen, according to the city’s People’s Committee.
The project will be implemented in three years after the land is handed over to the investor.
