Hai Phong & Quang Ninh link with central provinces in tourism

Northern Hai Phong city and Quang Ninh province have signed an agreement with five central cities and provinces - Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien-Hue, Da Nang, and Quang Nam - on comprehensive cooperation to promote tourism development and links between regions in the 2022-2025 period.
