This December, The Landmark will also proudly celebrate its 30th anniversary and marks its commitment to excellence in the past and into the future.

For three decades, The Landmark has been setting service and management standards in Ho Chi Minh City. Situated in the heart of District 1’s thriving business area, it offers a unique combination of luxurious living as well as spectacular river and city views. The Landmark was Ho Chi Minh City’s first international serviced apartment and office complex and remains an industry leader today having secured the trust of international corporations and individuals with its high-quality services.

Occupying 20,000 sq m at 5B Ton Duc Thang Street in District 1, The Landmark is a joint venture between Hong Kong and Shanghai Hotels Limited and the Ministry of Defense’s Foreign Relations Service Company. The former also owns the Peninsula Group and operates some of the most prestigious luxury properties in the world.

The Landmark boasts 64 elegantly-furnished and fully-equipped studios and one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. It also offers more than 10,000 sq m of quality office space and enjoys strong relationships with long-term tenants.

Even though the property dates back to 1994, The Landmark continues to move forward and remain dynamic. The building and facilities are constantly refreshed and updated. Furthermore, the management ensures that staff enhance their skills and knowledge, meeting international standards.

The Landmark enjoys excellent staff retention with very low turnover rates. Approximately one-third of its employees have been with The Landmark since it opened its doors. They bring a fantastic wealth of experience and understand how to anticipate the needs of their guests. Customer service is at the heart of employee training.

Team building encourages hospitality staff to work together in harmony. The Landmark’s main ethos is that people are the main instrument to produce success. Focusing on the essence of unity helps to create a positive atmosphere for employees and tenants alike.

Implementing CRS program

The Landmark has built a formidable reputation for its dedication to charitable endeavors. Staff regularly engage in Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability programs (CRS) to contribute to society. The Landmark’s employees, including operations staff, visit orphanages and raise money for the less fortunate in society. Unity is The Landmark’s strongest ethos. The staff have even donated and fundraised for their colleagues in times of urgent need like serious illness or injury.

After 30 years, The Landmark is proud to maintain its status in an increasingly competitive market. The security and strong trust in the Peninsula brand and its dedication to quality have helped it preserve its position. The Landmark aims for further growth by collaborating with all stakeholders, including customers, employees, business partners and local communities. It relishes competition because it forces its people to maintain its standards and remain innovative and dynamic as it moves into a new stage in its operations. The Landmark will never compromise on delivering the highest quality services and ensuring guest comfort.
