MoT to disburse substantial investment funds

It is expected that by the end of the third quarter of 2021, the Ministry of Transport (MoT) will have disbursed nearly VND27 trillion in investment capital, reaching 61.6 per cent of the plan and placing it among the top 4 ministries in terms of disbursement.
