Public input sought for tech market development
The market being developed under a national program to 2030 which was approved by the Prime Minister in 2021.
The Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) is seeking public feedback on a draft circular to guide the implementation of the National Program for Science and Technology Market Development to 2030.
This program, approved by the Prime Minister in 2021, aims to create a vibrant science and technology market in Vietnam.
The draft circular outlines several key strategies to achieve this goal.
First, strengthening the legal environment for the development of the science and technology market.
Second, stimulating demand for science and technology products and services, enhancing the capacity of Vietnamese businesses to absorb, master, and innovate technologies.
Third, promoting the commercialization of research results and intellectual property, and developing a network of Vietnamese and international experts to foster innovation and market development.
Forth, supporting the growth of organizations that provide services in research and development, technology commercialization, intellectual property, investment consulting, and other related areas.
