Thanh Hoa Province approves $141 mln social housing project
The primary objective of the project is to create a large-scale supply of social housing for low-income residents, workers, and policy beneficiaries in the area.

The People's Committee of central Thanh Hoa Province has issued a decision, officially allocating land to investors for the implementation of a social housing project in Ham Rong Ward.
With a total investment capital of over VND3.7 trillion ($141 million), the project is part of the province's sustainable urban development strategy. It also implements the local adjustment to the 1/500 detailed plan for the residential and service area within the North Hac Bridge Urban Area.
The primary objective of the project is to create a large-scale supply of social housing to serve low-income residents, workers, and policy beneficiaries in the area.
Additionally, the project aims to effectively mobilize private sector investment to build a modern system of technical infrastructure and public amenities, contributing to socio-economic development and the urban refurbishment of the North Hac Bridge area.
The total land area for the project is more than 28,000 sq.m. In addition to the housing construction area, the project also includes land area designated for technical infrastructure, green spaces, internal roads and yards, a swimming pool, sports courts, and walking paths.
