The project will provide 890 apartments for low-income earners and workers.

Central Thanh Hoa province is seeking investors through bidding to build a social housing project in its city of the same name, with an estimated investment capital of over VND1.55 trillion ($59.3 million).
The project will cover nearly 1.65 hectares at a resettlement area at Phu Son ward.
This is one of the biggest social housing projects of the province so far, targeting low-income earners and workers at industrial parks.
The project will consist of two 21-storey buildings with 890 apartments, and 30 low-rise commercial houses, serving around 3,000 residents.
The project is in line with the Government master plan on social housing development in the 2021-2030 period.
