Vietjet Air to operate first direct flights between Hanoi and Phuket
Hybrid carrier to start daily flights on May 19.
Vietjet Air announced on April 3 that it will operate Hanoi - Phuket direct flights from May 19. Travelers can fly daily between the two attractive Southeast Asian tourist destinations, making trips more affordable and faster.
There will be daily return flights, with each leg taking some three hours. Flights leave Hanoi at 11.35am and land in Phuket at 2.40pm. Return flights depart Phuket at 3.45pm and arrive in Hanoi at 6.35pm.
Tickets can be bought now at www.vietjetair.com or the Vietjet Air mobile app. The airline is also offering a 50 per cent discount to customers purchasing SkyBoss / SkyBoss Business tickets by applying the code ALL50SBB for SkyBoss Business and ALL50SB for SkyBoss. This is valid until May 5, on travel dates available until December 12.
Vietjet is also operating the only direct flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Phuket, with two-hour flights daily. Apart from Phuket, the airline also offers weekly flight schedules from Vietnam’s major cities to Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi Airport) in addition to the Ho Chi Minh City - Chiang Mai route, to meet demand for efficient and fast travel.
