The Vietnam Fisheries International Exhibition – Vietfish 2024 opened in Ho Chi Minh City on August 21 with the participation of 280 exhibitors from 16 countries and territories, the Vietnam News Agency has reported.

The three-day event, themed “Asia’s Home Seafood”, covers 14,000 sq m and features 500 booths, displaying frozen, fresh, canned, and dried seafood, fish sauce and technology, equipment and clean energy.

The exhibition is aimed at providing a comprehensive view of the industry’s supply capacity, showcasing a diverse range of products that meet global quality standards and traceability requirements and promoting high-quality seafood products to Vietnamese consumers.

The event also provides a forum for businesses to network and explore business opportunities, update themselves on the latest trends in the industry and underline Vietnam’s seafood quality and global status.
