WTO: Vietnam ranks among top 30 largest export countries
Total export turnover reached $354 billion in 2023, accounting for 1.5% of global export earnings.
Vietnam has continually been listed among the world’s top 30 countries and territories with the largest export value, according to rankings compiled by the WTO.
It ranked 23rd last year, with total export turnover of $354 billion, accounting for 1.5 per cent of global export value.
Global export earnings in 2023 reached $23.8 trillion, down 5 per cent compared to the previous year.
China topped the list, with total export revenue of $3.4 trillion, followed by the US and Germany.
Vietnam posted total export revenue of $335.59 billion in the first ten months of this year, up 14.9 per cent year-on-year, figures from the General Statistics Office show.
