14 housing projects in Thanh Hoa awaiting investors

Some 14 social housing projects in central Thanh Hoa province, involving approximately 7,600 apartments, currently require investors, .

The province has to complete at least 13,787 social housing units during the period from 2021 to 2030. Among the figure, 6,200 units are to be completed during the 2021-2025 period. 

The provincial authorities  have directed the implementation of 27 social housing projects, totaling over 19,800 apartments. Of which,  13 projects are either underway or already being implemented, comprising over 12,200 apartments. The remainders (14 projects) are seeking investors. 

Among the 13 projects that are either underway or already being implemented, one project has been completed and put into use, nine projects have been licensed and started construction, and three others  have received investment approval.

To date, Thanh Hoa province ranks second nationwide in the ratio of projects licensed and started construction compared to the target plan assigned by the Ministry of Construction.
