Top 10 auto best sellers in May

The VinFast VF5 topped the best-selling list of vehicles in Vietnam in May, with 4,232 units sold, according to the Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers' Association (VAMA).

It was followed by the VinFast VF3 (3,950 units), Ford Territory (1,481 units), the Mazda CX-5 (1,446 units), the VinFast VF6 (1,393 units), the Ford Ranger (1,254 units), the Toyota Vios (1,148 units), the Mitsubishi Xpander (1,100 units), the Toyota Yaris Cross (1,073 units), and the Toyota Corolla Cross (885 units).

Some 31,750 automobiles were sold in May, up 47% compared to the previous month and 16% year-on-year.

The VAMA members’ total sales in May reached 29,210 vehicles, marking a modest 1% decline from April but a robust 13% increase compared to the same month last year.
