Becamex Tokyu kicks off construction of first ‘luxury condominium’ project in Binh Duong
Project in southern province marks Becamex’s first move in the luxury condominium market in the early days of 2024.
Becamex Tokyu is famous as a reputable Japanese developer building an urban area in Binh Duong New City in southern Binh Duong province over 12 years in Vietnam, with condominium projects such as SORA Gardens I and II, The VIEW, MIDORI PARK, and other projects such as the Hikari Commercial Area and the SORA Gardens Shopping Center.
With powerful financial potential as a joint venture between the Becamex IDC Corporation and the Tokyu Group, Becamex Tokyu is one of only a few developers to have overcome the difficult times during the twin economic hardship of Covid-19 (2021-2022) and a cooling real estate market, with condominium projects in diverse segments being continually launched on the market in recent times, such as the Topping Off of The GLORY project, with 1,000 apartments to be handed over in 2024.
Continuing that success, on the morning of January 12, Becamex Tokyu continued to “ignite” the real estate market in Vietnam’s south with a breaking-ground ceremony for a first-class condominium project in Binh Duong New City called MIDORI PARK The TEN. The project is located right in the heart of the New City, in the 63 ha MIDORI PARK, expected to be completed in 2025. Inheriting 56 per cent of its green area and water surface area, the project will bring sustainable living values, with materials used fully retaining their “natural properties” for the first time in Vietnam.
Highlights in the design include outstanding ceiling heights of up to 3.5 meters, a glass coverage density higher than 70 per cent, and the use of Low-E (Low Emissivity) insulating glass to help block heat from the outside entering the apartment. This point helps regulate the temperature in the apartment, and The TEN is the first project to use the glass system in Vietnam’s south.
In particular, the first Japanese-standard hot bath Onsen has been enthusiastically arranged by the developer to serve The TEN residents in the public utility area. This is also the first luxury condominium project in Binh Duong to provide such a facility. The elite living space is further enhanced as the number of apartments is limited to just 300 on ten floors. Each apartment has a unique design, creating the owner’s mark.
