OKXE enters into the new motorbike business

Founded in 2018 as an e-commerce platform specializing in used motorbikes, OKXE now hopes to connect buyers and sellers through an advanced technology platform, thereby building a community and ensuring reliability in the motorbike market with high quality and transparent transactions.

In May 2022, after posting impressive growth in the online platform, OKXE Vietnam decided to directly participate in the used motorbike trading market with the OKXE Motorbike Service Station (OKXE Station) in Ho Chi Minh City.

Operating through the Online to Offline (O2O) business model, OKXE shows a deep understanding of the market when combining smart applications with services to support buying and selling motorbikes quickly and conveniently at the service station, such as vehicle quality inspections, appraisals, price consultations, consignments, and sales negotiations.

Products introduced by OKXE to consumers are 100 per cent new Piaggio and Vespa scooters. The very first customers to complete payments at the OKXE Motorbike Service Station in Ho Chi Minh City in May received a cashback offer, attractive gifts, and other support policies.

Ms. Trang Vu also said a goal is to expand the motorbike service station network in 2023 in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, bringing the total number of service stations and stores to 15. The two newest locations are to open in the near future in Dong Da district, Hanoi, and Tan Binh district in Ho Chi Minh City. This is considered a step in laying the foundation to replicate OKXE’s O2O model in Vietnam.

“Drawing from the operations of the first Motorbike Service Station, we will develop a chain of stores with essential services to most effectively serve OKXE’s customers,” Ms. Trang Vu said.
