OKXE opens first motorbike service station in Hanoi
The first OKXE Motorbike Service Station in Hanoi officially opened on August 8, where it both buys and sells motorbikes with a unique warranty service through Vietnam’s first omni-channel online / offline service.
The Online to Offline (O2O) motorbike business model was put into operation in May 2022, pioneered by OKXE Vietnam, with the OKXE Motorbike Service Station (OKXE Station) at 40E Ut Tich in Ward 4, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh City.
With an e-commerce platform specializing in trading motorbikes using AI and big data developed since 2018, The OKXE Motorbike Service Station buys and sells motorbikes and offers the market’s first warranty service at an affordable price. It also provides professional vehicle repair services with a team of well-trained mechanics.
Following on from the success of the OKXE Station in Ho Chi Minh City, OKXE officially opened its first Motorbike Service Station in Hanoi on August 8. This second station is located at 92 Kham Thien; a street with a tradition of buying and selling motorbikes. In addition to ensuring quality, the OKXE CARE team, with experienced personnel, also offer peace of mind to customers with a one-year warranty costing VND3.3 million ($140), including ten comprehensive maintenance categories for both used and new motorbikes.
