Quang Binh invites investors to build social housing
Housing projects estimated to cost $38 million.

Authorities in central Quang Binh province are calling for investors to build social housing in Dong Hoi city, costing an estimated VND972 billion ($38 million).
The project will cover 9.6 ha in Dong Hoi city’s Loc Ninh commune and will have 784 houses able to accommodate over 3,000 people.
It is expected to meet housing demand of workers and contribute to boosting socio-economic development in the province.
The project has a lifespan of 50 years from the date the land is allocated to investors. Investment progress must not exceed six years from the date the decision approving the project investor is issued.
Interested investors can submit applications before March 2, 2023.
Quang Binh province has set a target of increasing the average housing area to 28.3 sq m per person.
