During discussions on the socio-economic situation at the ongoing fourth session of the 15th National Assembly (NA), Mr. Tran Van Tuan, NA deputy from northern Bac Giang province, said Covid-19 created a shortage of housing for workers that remains to this day. It is therefore necessary to introduce specific mechanisms and policies to encourage the participation of the private sector in housing and meet demand.
The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) believes that inflationary pressure is tending to increase. The 2022 figure is expected to exceed 4 per cent, posing challenges in control efforts next year.
