Expansions to the Nguyen Tat Thanh arterial coastal route around Da Nang Bay, costing VND500 billion ($21.3 million), have attracted many large-scale resort projects, creating a driver for the real estate market in the northwest of the bay.
Two key coastal road projects in northern Thanh Hoa province will begin construction in October, with total investment of VND5.6 trillion ($247.22 million), and are expected to help the province fulfil its development and tourism potential.
