KB Securities Vietnam (KBSV) believes that although the steel industry remains in a difficult time, steel stocks will enter into a period of recovery thanks to the return of consumption demand and expectations of more positive business results in the fourth quarter.
KB Securities Vietnam (KBSV) has said that if banks use up the new credit limit, then credit in the industry as a whole will increase about 13.2 per cent compared to the beginning of the year. Therefore, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) can loosen the limit again, from 0.5-1.2 per cent, to achieve the annual target of 14 per cent.
According to KBSV Securities, despite the ongoing decline, the VN-Index is still forecast to reach 1,330 points by the end of the year, with average EPS growth of 18.3 per cent forecast for companies listed on HSX.
In its newly-released stock market outlook, KBSV forecasts that five industries will benefit the most from the recovery in Vietnam’s economy, which will be a positive for their stock prices over the remainder of 2022. The groups are retail; travel; banking; industrial park real estate; and production and export.
