It has been forecast that Hanoi will see recruitment demand for 80,000 - 100,000 positions in the first quarter of 2022, primarily in business and trade, banking and finance, industry, and information technology.
According to the Navigos Group, demand for large-scale recruitment in the banking sector will continue to increase in 2022. Some banks and securities companies are also looking for senior personnel in key positions, who will lead new business strategies. Navigos also expects that the overall recruitment market will increase from early March.
