The Quang Ngai Provincial People’s Committee has approved a project building a residential area in the central province’s Quang Ngai city.

The Tinh An - Tinh Long residential area has a total area of over 356,150 sq m, including 144,468 sq m of land for housing. Over 24,500 sq m will be allocated for the construction of commercial housing and 30,552 sq m for social housing.

Investment is estimated at VND1.681 trillion ($68.6 million).

The province currently has 91 approved projects building residential and urban areas. Construction of certain projects is facing delays due to difficulties in site clearance and compensation.
