Aimed at promoting transparency and easing burdens for businesses, Vietnam's government proposes a revised decree to address complexities in land use fees and rental policies.
Commenting on Decree No. 65/2022/ND-CP, dated September 16 and amending and supplementing a number of articles in Decree No. 153/2020/ND-CP on offering and trading privately-issued corporate bonds in the domestic market and offering for sale corporate bonds to the international market, analysts believe the new Decree will tighten the bond market, make it healthier, and present opportunities for capable businesses with transparent issuance records.
The government issued Decree No. 71/2022/ND-CP on October 1 amending and supplementing many articles in Decree No. 06/2016/ND-CP dated January 18, 2016, regarding the management, provision, and use of radio and television services. Domestic IPTV service providers will be able to compete equally with cross-border IPTV providers. The Decree will take effect on January 1, 2023.
The government issued Decree No. 59/2022/ND-CP on electronic identities and authentications on September 5. The Decree applies to Vietnamese agencies, organizations, and citizens, and foreign organizations and individuals operating or residing in Vietnam. It takes effect from October 20.
