During the visit from September 8-10, Chairman Tran Thanh Man will co-chair the 3rd meeting of the Vietnam-Russia Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee.
This is the first official visit of a high-ranking Vietnamese leader to the RoK since two countries elevated their bilateral relationship to a comprehensive strategic partnership in 2022.
