The Vinh Phuc Department of Planning and Investment in Vietnam’s north is inviting interested investors to submit registration dossiers for the implementation of a Construction and Business Investment Project of Phuc Yen Industrial Park Infrastructure, as follows:

- Project name: Construction and Business Investment of Phuc Yen Industrial Park Infrastructure

- Investment objectives: Construction and Business Investment of Industrial Park Infrastructure

- Investment scale: In compliance with the 1/500 detailed construction planning of Phuc Yen Industrial Park, Phuc Yen Township, issued by Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee according to Decision No. 3685/QD-UBND on 28/10/2009, Decision No. 260/QD-UBND on 23/01/2014, and Decision No. 2855/QD-UBND on 28/11/2016.

2. Preliminary investment implementation cost (including compensation, support and resettlement): VND1.98 trillion ($84.7 million)

3. Compensation, support and resettlement cost: VND532.49 billion ($2.67 million).

4. Investment duration and progress:

- Project implementation duration: 50 years, as of the date of Investor Approval Decision

- Project progress: No more than 36 months from the date of land allocation and lease by the State

5. Project location: Phuc Thang Ward, Nam Viem Ward, Phuc Yen City, Vinh Phuc Province

6. Land area: 111.33 ha.

7. Land use purpose: Industrial Park Infrastructure Land

8. Deadline for submitting registration dossiers to implement the project: 4.30pm, April 25, 2023
