Lam Dong accelerates social housing projects

The Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee has asked relevant departments and agencies to accelerate the implementation of social housing projects in the central highland province’s Da Lat city.

They were required to report on the progress of project implementation to the Committee on a monthly basis.

There are currently three social housing projects in Da Lat that are completing procedures for implementation.

Under Lam Dong’s housing development plan in 2024, which has been recently approved by the Committee, the province will strive to add an additional 1,149,410 sq m of housing floor space this year, equivalent to 16,334 units.

The total social housing space is estimated at over 71,000 sq m, or 1,236 units.
