$18.7 Innovation Space to be built in Da Nang city

The People’s Committee of central Da Nang city has approved the investment policy for an innovation space in Son Tra district with an estimated investment capital of nearly VND490 billion ($18.7 million).

The project highlights the construction of a 15-story building with two underground levels and one technical floor. It will be equipped with modern infrastructure systems such smart parking, smart IT infrastructure, and a centralized data center.

The Da Nang Innovation Space is envisioned as a key scientific and technological infrastructure asset, providing co-working spaces, incubation facilities, shared technical equipment and digital infrastructure to support innovative startups and projects.

 The initiative aims to foster a robust innovation and startup ecosystem in Da Nang, developing the city as a regional innovation center and an attractive destination for entrepreneurial talent and future tech conglomerates.

The project implementation is scheduled for 2025-2028.
