Andrew Loh Appointed CEO of AIA Vietnam

Experienced insurance leader takes the helm at AIA Vietnam, emphasizing customer-centric strategy and sustainable growth.

AIA (Vietnam) Life Insurance Company Limited (“AIA Vietnam”) officially announces the appointment of Mr. Andrew Loh as its Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Loh brings extensive industry experience to AIA Vietnam, having joined the AIA Group in 2017. His previous roles include CEO of AIA Cambodia, as well as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Actuary of AIA Malaysia.

With his deep knowledge of financial and insurance markets, proven leadership skills, and strategic vision, Andrew is well-positioned to lead AIA Vietnam's continued focus on a customer-centric approach. His goals are to achieve sustainable growth while furthering AIA's mission of helping people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.

“I am honored to be entrusted by the AIA Vietnam’s Board of Directors and happy to be here to contribute to the development of AIA Vietnam and the Vietnamese insurance market," Mr. Loh said.

Mr. Loh is confident in AIA Vietnam's potential for continued growth. He plans to enhance distribution channels through the Premier Agency strategy, introduce innovative products aligned with the AIA Vitality ecosystem, and leverage technology and digital transformation to elevate both customer experience and operational efficiency.
