Binh Duong plans 42,000 social houses in 2025

Southern Binh Duong province targets to build 42,000 social houses in 2025 as part of its master plan on developing social houses for low income earners and workers in 2024-2025 period.

The provincial People’s Committee has approved a plan to implement the master plan. Under the plan, the province will establish a task force in charge of managing social housing projects. The task force will focus on consulting, assessing and managing social housing projects.

In 2024, priority will be given to developing social houses in regions with available land funds; and managing the allocation of land funds for social housing development.

Nearly 15,900 units have been built so far under the social housing development master plan of the province.
