Businesses in the north seek over 71,000 workers
The demand for workers spans various qualification levels, with a slightly higher need for intermediate and technical workers, comprising 25,867 positions.

The Hanoi Employment Service Center, in coordination with the Employment Service Centers of various provinces and cities, organized an "Online Job Fair Connecting 13 Provinces and Cities" on February 17.
This is an effort to address the growing recruitment needs of businesses and create job opportunities for workers.
Participating businesses from 13 northern localities are looking to hire more than 71,000 workers, with salaries reaching over VND15 million (nearly $590) per month.
The event saw the participation of 221 units and businesses, collectively seeking to recruit up to 71,567 workers. Bac Giang emerged as the locality with the highest recruitment demand, offering 36,342 positions—far exceeding other provinces and cities. Other localities with significant recruitment targets include: Phu Tho (6,511 positions); Thai Nguyen (6,172 positions); Ninh Binh (5,086 positions); Nam Dinh (4,974 positions); Hai Duong (4,223 positions); Hai Phong (2,694 positions); Hanoi (2,634 positions); Ha Nam (1,044 positions).
