Cao Bang to be hub in northern mountainous region

Under a plan approved by the Prime Minister, northern mountainous Cao Bang province will be developed into a trade center with the ASEAN region and the southwest of China, and be among other centers of trade, services, tourism, and industry in northern mountainous provinces.
