Digital transformation action plan issued

Under the Action Plan for 2022 on Digital Transformation, issued by the National Committee on Digital Transformation, Vietnam will focus on directing and coordinating ministries, branches, and localities to promote digital transformation and develop digital government. Goals to the end of the year include over 90 per cent of Vietnamese people having electronic health records and 85 per cent having smartphones.
