FPT Long Chau and Bayer Vietnam signed a strategic partnership to advance community healthcare in Vietnam on March 3.

FPT Long Chau will cooperate with Bayer Vietnam to promote each other’s strengths and apply digital technology and resources from the two to build implementation programs in three important areas, including improving professional capacity for the team of pharmacists at the pharmacy, providing knowledge about pathology to the community, and ensuring sustainable supplies to meet the treatment needs of patients.

They will work together with medical organizations to conduct a series of programs to provide knowledge to patients and the community, especially in the field of reproductive health for young people and for pregnant women, with consultation from experts, in order to provide proper healthcare knowledge on exercise and scientific nutrition for a healthy community.

Ms. Nguyen Bach Diep, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors at FPT Retail and General Director of FPT Long Chau, said FPT Long Chau focuses on developing cooperation with Bayer Vietnam to provide knowledge to the community, improve its own capacity, and ensure the supply of products at the best prices to customers. “Through this cooperation, FPT Long Chau hopes to be able to provide patients and customers with products and the best services from the world’s leading pharmaceutical partners, contributing to improving treatment and healthcare for Vietnamese people,” she added.

Similarly, Mr. Ingo Brandenburg, Managing Director of Bayer Vietnam, said that through the strategic cooperation with a prestigious pharmaceutical retail chain in Vietnam, Bayer hopes to have more positive impact on daily healthcare in the community and improve treatment of patients, which underpins its operating strategy of putting the consumer and the patient at the center.
