Ha Tinh posts trade value of $955mln in 2M
Export revenue in north-central province estimated at $422 million for January and February.
North-central Ha Tinh province posted total trade value of nearly $955 million in the opening two months of the year, for year-on-year growth of 5 per cent, according to the provincial Department of Industry and Trade.
Export turnover was estimated at over $422 million, down 1.4 per cent year-on-year.
The province has set an export value target of $2.4 billion for the year as a whole.
To boost export growth, the provincial People’s Council has issued a resolution on policies designed to develop logistics services and exports in the 2024-2025 period, including support for container transportation via Vung Ang Port, and the provision of financial assistance for businesses to attend trade fairs and trade promotion programs, carry out export market surveys, and develop e-commerce.
Ha Tinh posted record export revenue of $2.45 billion last year.
