Hanoi calls for investors to build two urban areas
Total investment capital estimated at $306 million.
The Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment is calling for investors to build two urban areas with a combined investment capital of over VND7.8 trillion ($306 million).
The Lien Ninh urban area will cover over 30 ha in Thanh Tri outlying district. The project requires an estimated investment capital of more than VND3.11 trillion ($122 million).
It will provide 197 villas, 76 adjacent houses and 822 social houses, providing accommodation for 4,500 people. Construction is scheduled from 2024 to 2028.
Meanwhile, the C3-1 urban area has a total area of over 27 ha in Thanh Tri district. It will feature villas, two residential buildings of 20 storeys and a social housing building of 8 storeys. Total population is estimated at 6,759 people. The project needs an estimated investment capital of over VND4.46 trillion ($175 million).
