International Woodworking Machinery Exhibition opens in Binh Duong
The event attracting 150 domestic and foreign firms.
As many as 150 domestic and foreign enterprises are showcasing wood products and cutting-edge technologies at the Binh Duong International Woodworking Machinery Exhibition that opened in the southern province on August 8, the Vietnam News Agency has reported.
These firms come from many countries and territories, including Canada, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, the US, and Vietnam.
The four-day event offers opportunities for enterprises to meet, exchange ideas, and develop long-term cooperation.
Vietnam earned over $9.36 billion from exports of wood and wood products in the first seven months of the year, growing 20.5% year-on-year, figures from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development show.
