The Central Steering Committee for Science, Technology, Innovation, and National Digital Transformation have launched three major digital platforms to support the implementation of the Politburo's Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation.

The launch took place during the committee’s mid-year review conference on July 2.

The three digital platforms are the Electronic Information Portal of the Communist Party of Vietnam; The Information System for Monitoring and Evaluating the Implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW; and The Information System for Receiving and Processing Feedback, Recommendations, Initiatives, and Solutions for National Science and Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation.

The Electronic Information Portal of the Communist Party of Vietnam is the official online information channel of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

The Information System for Monitoring and Evaluating the Implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW is an information system used for collecting, updating, compiling, displaying, monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating the implementation of tasks assigned under Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW and the results of its execution.

The system also includes a mechanism that allows for the deployment of new ideas, technologies, and policies in a controlled environment (a regulatory sandbox) for evaluation before widespread application. It operates on the principle of "accurate, complete, clean, and live" data, meaning the data must be precise, comprehensive, processed to remove errors, and updated regularly and continuously.

The Information System for Receiving and Processing Feedback, Recommendations, Initiatives, and Solutions for National Science and Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation is an information system that supports the activities of receiving, classifying, processing, and publicizing the results of handling feedback, recommendations, initiatives, and solutions from organizations and individuals regarding difficulties, obstacles, and barriers related to the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
