Norbreeze Group opens new headquarters for its subsidiary Norbreeze Collective Asia
The Norbreeze Group marked a major milestone in its development journey with the opening of Norbreeze House in HCMC’s Thu Duc City on September 9.
The Norbreeze Group has opened a new headquarters for its subsidiary Norbreeze Collective Asia at Lakeview 3 in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, a critical point that connects the “lifeline” of Mai Chi Tho Street with District 1.
The office stands out with a combination of colors, furniture, and Scandinavian-style design, creating a second home for all Norbreeze members, with key zones including a Town Hall, Pomodoro Workstations, a Brainstorming Area, an Entertainment Zone, and a BBQ Garden.

The opening was attended by Ambassador of Denmark in Vietnam, H.E. Nicolai Prytz, Founders of the Norbreeze Group - Mr. Anders Peter Juel Sauerberg and Ms. Anne Trads Juel Sauerberg, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Norbreeze Collective Asia, Mr. Stig Maasbol, and Managing Director of Norbreeze Collective Asia, Mr. Nam Huynh.
“We have come a long way from where we started in Vietnam in 2016, when we established Norbreeze Vietnam (now Norbreeze Collective Asia) to manage Pandora across Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar,” said Mr. Anders Peter Juel Sauerberg and Ms. Anne Trads Juel Sauerberg, Founders of Norbreeze Group. “The past two years have been far from business as usual. As a team, we have adapted well and fast to the situation and conditions caused by Covid-19. Many things have changed, and a new era has started with many opportunities for the Norbreeze Group.”
“Like a tree with leaves, our icon reflects a growth and a growth mindset, something which is necessary to succeed in today ever-changing retail scene. This is Norbreeze Collective Asia - this is our future,” Ms. Anne Trads Juel Sauerberg introduced the new Norbreeze Collective Asia’s name and logo.

Norbreeze Group is the company behind the success and growth of Pandora, a leading global jewelry brand, across Indochina. In Vietnam alone it has 15 directly-operated stores and a total of 30 in Vietnam and Cambodia.
Its ambition is to grow sales by 40 per cent a year in all activities in Vietnam over the next five years, which means sales will double every two years.
“We entered Vietnam in 2016 and started our journey by renting a few desks at the Danish Consulate to operate our three stores,” said Mr. Nam Huynh - Managing Director of Norbreeze Collective Asia. “Our Vietnam journey began with a management team executing a new mission in 2019 to lift the Pandora Indochina business to new heights. The Group temporarily took over an office in the Yoco Building with 12 workstations. In order to facilitate its rapid growth and expansion, they moved into the W Building with 32 workstations. Norbreeze House is our fourth office in three years, and has a capacity to expand to 100 workstations.”
“The opening of a brand-new office here in Ho Chi Minh City marks the start of our exciting new journey to execute the Norbreeze Group’s 2030 vision,” he went on. “Our colleagues are the reason for the success of this journey, with passion, commitment and dedication following the highest standards.”

Norbreeze House has five floors representing the core values of the Norbreeze Group.
The ground floor (Pride) consists of a reception area, a town hall, a phone booth, and 17 workstations. The first floor (Ownership) includes one large meeting room, four workstations designed in the quiet Pomodoro style, and 12 other workstations. The second floor (Integrity) has a meeting room, a brainstorming area, and 12 workstations. The third floor (Gratitude) stands out, with a gaming zone, a pantry, and five Pomodoro workstations. And the rooftop has a BBQ Garden (One team), for connecting and congratulatory parties.
Norbreeze House is testament to the start of Norbreeze Collective Asia’s journey in Vietnam and Indochina to lift the position of the Norbreeze Group and Pandora to a new level.
