PM Chinh instructed them to identify legal bottlenecks to propose amendments, speed up public investment disbursement, promote innovation and application of science and technology and enhance training of high-quality human resources.

He pointed to the need to promote the three traditional growth drivers, namely investment, export, and consumption, along with the new ones, including innovation, science - technology, green transition, digital transformation, and new industries like semiconductor, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing.

The Government leader requested close coordination among ministries, sectors, and the localities to tackle difficulties and facilitate development.
