The order was made in the context of the domestic economy being forecast to face many difficulties and challenges in the time to come, particularly in business, construction investment, and import and export activities.

In a dispatch sent to leaders of ministries, agencies, and localities, the Prime Minister said greater efforts are needed to address issues surrounding administrative procedures, access to credit, business conditions, bank liquidity, debts, and taxes in order to pave the wave for large-scale key projects.

It is also necessary to maintain and boost economic drivers like investment, trade, and consumption.

The Prime Minister will assign government members and representatives from ministries and agencies to hold working sessions with localities on business, production, construction investment, and trade. They will identify problems and propose specific and feasible solutions to boost growth and complete socio-economic tasks and targets set for 2023 and the 2021-2026 period.
