Quang Binh calls for investors to build $33 mln residential area

The Department of Planning and Investment of central Quang Binh province is calling for investors to build a residential area in Quang Ninh district.

Spanning an estimated area of nearly 12 ha, the Hai Ninh residential area commands an estimated investment capital of over VND850 billion ($33.39 million).

Over 51,000 sq m of land will be used for housing construction. The project will also build a 15-storey trade, service and hotel center.

Registered investors are required to have a minimum ownership capital of VND172 billion ($6.75 million).

The deadline for investors to submit applications is August 24.

The project is slated for a 50-year operating term.
