Ha Tinh calls for rapid building of section in North-South Expressway
North-central Ha Tinh province has proposed that the 104-km Bai Vot - Vung Ang section of the North-South Expressway, with investment of VND17.59 trillion ($768.57 million), be built before 2023 to promote the advantages of the Vung Ang Economic Zone.
