Thanh Hoa invites investors to build $83 mln residential project

Central Thanh Hoa province's  Department of Planning and Investment is calling for investors to build a residential area in Hoang Hoa district.

The Sunrise City project will need estimated investment capital of over VND2.13 trillion ($83 million).

The project will have an estimated population of 6,000.

Covering 48.3 ha in Hoang Dong and Hoang Ngoc communes, it will accommodate over 1,000 houses.

The project is to be implemented in five years or less from the date of investor approval.

The deadline for investors to submit applications is July 19, 2024.

The provincial authorities have recently approved the investment policy for a project building a residential and trade service area in Quang Xuong district. Investment capital is estimated at over VND382 billion ($15 million).
