The Party Central Committee’s Economic Commission will submit to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) three important national programs for economic development this year to realize the objectives in the five-year socio-economic development plan for the 2021-2025 period.
The first is “Summarizing 10 years of implementing the Resolution of the sixth Plenum of the eleventh Party Central Committee on continuing to renew policies and laws on land in the period of comprehensively promoting renovation work, creating a foundation for Vietnam to become an industrialized country by 2030”.
The second is “Summarizing 15 years of implementing the Resolution of the seventh Plenum of the tenth Party Central Committee on agriculture, farmers, and rural areas”, and the third is “Industrialization and modernization guidelines and policies to 2030, with a vision to 2045”.
Mr. Tran Tuan Anh, Head of the Party Central Committee’s Economic Commission, said staff have to strengthen their ability to collect information and promptly detect new problems and obstacles in the process of implementing guidelines and policies. The Central Party Economic Committee needs to continue to research, innovate, and improve the effectiveness of guidance of the implementation of resolutions and guidelines on socio-economic development from the government.
In addition, it is necessary to promote union activities in appropriate forms, and strengthen internal solidarity, thereby helping staff carry out strategic tasks as well as research and develop thematic reports on economics.
