Expressing satisfaction at this milestone, Secretary Blinken welcomed Minister Son, emphasizing the pivotal role of the dialogue in reviewing and advancing the implementation of bilateral agreements at the highest level.
Secretary Blinken reiterated the United States' commitment to nurturing a robust partnership with Vietnam, endorsing Vietnam's sovereignty and independence, its prosperity, and its increasing engagement on both regional and global stages, particularly within ASEAN.
