Vietnam Airlines to comprehensively restructure

Vietnam Airlines expects that comprehensive restructuring in the 2021-2025 period will help it recover and be ready for further breakthroughs. Among seven groups of solutions, the focus is on restructuring capital through issuing shares to increase charter capital, issuing bonds, and selling off excess aircraft.
