46.25% of surveyed businesses prioritize hiring AI experts in 2025

According to the 2024-2025 Annual Recruitment Market Report by TopCV, AI is evaluated to have numerous positive impacts on business operations.
The survey found that 61.2% of businesses have applied AI to their operations, in various degrees .
The survey also revealed that 46.25% of businesses stated that recruiting AI experts and digital talent will be one of their top priorities in 2025. This indicates a significant shift towards leveraging AI to enhance operational efficiency and increase competitive advantage.
About 33.86% of businesses expect that by 2025, 31% to 50% of their workforce will be capable of applying AI in their work. Meanwhile, 23.64% of businesses aim higher, with a target of having 51% to 70% of their employees proficient in using AI.
Overall, the survey results show that businesses not only need technological resources but also a skilled workforce proficient in applying AI.
While businesses are gradually integrating AI into their operations and business strategies, workers are also becoming part of this technological wave.
The survey indicates that AI has significantly improved job performance for the majority of workers, with 49.7% reporting over a 31% increase in efficiency. This demonstrates the potential of AI application in work processes. However, 20.9% of workers still feel that the impact of AI is unclear or negligible, and 26.6% observed an efficiency increase of less than 30%.
