A $335 mln urban area project in Hoa Binh province approved
The Provincial People's Committee has mandated that investors ensure synchronized development across technical infrastructure, social infrastructure, and commercial service facilities.

The People's Committee of the northern province of Hoa Binh has approved the investment policy for the Mong Hoa - Ky Son Urban Area project, located in Mong Hoa commune and Ky Son ward, Hoa Binh city.
The project has a total investment capital of VND8.7 trillion ($335 million).
Spanning 181 ha, the urban area includes: 473,501 sq.m of residential land; 54,973 sq.m for educational facilities; 20,777 sq.m for parking; 9,541m² for public works; and 908 sq.m allocated for greenery
The Provincial People's Committee has mandated that investors ensure synchronized development across technical infrastructure, social infrastructure, and commercial service facilities. This includes the completion of the exterior finishing of all low-rise houses (villas and terraced homes) and construction of high-rise apartment buildings within the project.
Additionally, the province has recently converted 56 ha of forest land for urban and resort development projects. In Quy Hoa commune, Lac Son district, authorities have reclassified forest areas to facilitate the construction of the Doi Thung high-end ecological urban area, resort, and entertainment complex, as well as the Ho Kha high-end ecological urban area and hot spring resort project.
