Construction of link to Hanoi’s Ring Road 3 to start in June
Total investment estimated at $135.5 million, with completion set for 2025.

Hanoi plans to kick off construction of a road connecting the Phap Van - Cau Gie Expressway and Ring Road No. 3 in June, with investment capital estimated at over VND3.24 trillion ($135.5 million).
The capital will be mobilized from the city’s budget.
Construction of the six-lane, 3.4-km link is expected to be completed by 2025.
Once completed, it will ease traffic congestion at the Phap Van Intersection, which is a gateway to the capital.
The project was approved earlier by the Prime Minister.
Hanoi plans to implement 238 public investment projects this year, including 96 transport projects with total capital of VND7.52 trillion ($314 million), accounting for 53.1 per cent of the its capital plan.
