Đong Nai seeks investors for social housing projects
The southern province aims to break ground on five social housing projects in 2024.
Đồng Nai province is inviting investors for two social housing projects in Bien Hoa City, totaling 1,768 units.
The first project, located in Long Binh ward, covers 2.4 ha and will offer approximately 1,248 apartments ranging from 25 to 70 sq.m. The estimated total investment capital is over VND1.135 trillion ($46 million), excluding resettlement costs.
The second project, situated in Tam Hiep ward, covers more than 6,405 sq.m and is estimated to cost VND648 billion ($26 million), excluding resettlement costs. This project will provide 520 housing units.
In addition to these two projects, the southern province has previously sought investors for three other social housing projects in Bien Hos City, Trang Bom district, and Nhơn Trach district.
The provincial People's Committee aims to break ground on five social housing projects in 2024.
